Who we are

This site is run by didii. For anything about your data, email hi@didiiai.com.

What we collect

• If you join the beta: your work email, name, organisation, role and country, plus anything you choose to add (the request that costs your team most, a note), and which page and audience path you signed up from.
• When you visit: aggregate page statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as page views and country. It uses no cookies and doesn't identify you.
• To stop spam: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a real person is sending the form. It runs only when you open the form.

Why

We use beta details only to contact you about the didii beta and to understand which teams are interested. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in responding to your request. We don't sell your data, use it for advertising or add you to unrelated mailing lists.

Where it's kept and who sees it

Sign-ups are stored in a Google Sheet in didii's Google Workspace, reached through Cloudflare. Only didii staff can see them. Google and Cloudflare process data for us as service providers and may do so outside your country.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hi@didiiai.com. We'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data-protection authority.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising trackers.
